Grundig Android TVs are built by Arçelik (manufacturer ARCELIK) on MediaTek boards, with sets tested in Turkey and the Netherlands. On all three, turning on USB debugging alone opens network ADB on port 5555 over Wi-Fi or Ethernet, with no pairing code. Two of the lists also give the Windows PowerShell commands.

A package being common does not make it right for your TV. Each list starts with a header that names the packages that must stay on for that model, such as those behind HDMI inputs, the remote and settings.
Applying your list by hand
